The Key of Wrath Description Trained by Moonshadow D'tarth Name: Pelè Physical Description: Pelè is around 5'8" and has the build of a martial artist. He has a rather square face, normally with a set jaw, and deep set, dark eyes. His hair is short and was originally a dark brown but it's been tipped in cinnamon. His skin is pale, decorated in the back with a Japanese styled tattoo of a volcano. He tends to go barefoot and topless, wearing only a pair of loose black trousers. Background/personality: Pelè is a former assassin. His birth name has long since been forgotten, replaced by the name of the Hawaiian goddess he chose for himself. He was born to a little known, self styled assassin clan and did quite well at the family trade - so well that when his Father died, the clan was handed over to him rather than his older, spoiled sister Medea who was supposed to be the heiress. In a fit of jealously, she gathered her supporters in the family, had him kidnapped and sold to the Palace. He killed three of his ten attackers in the process. Pelè tends to be very sullen and short with people. His entire being is focused on revenge and he has little patience for anything that takes him away from his training - things like Masters. If asked to get something for someone, he'll tell them to get it themselves. He's not subservient at all, despite several Masters trying to break him, and if a Master wants to bed him, they'd better be ready for a fight or be able to bribe him with information on outside politics. The only Master he truly paid attention to was one of his cousins who rather foolishly decided to rub his defeat in his face. The man spent a comfortable day in the Palace, then mysteriously disappeared. Room: His room is a testimony to his dedication. The walls are padded, perfect for taking punches and kicks. A well-perforated dummy sits in one corner, although all of his blades have long since been confiscated. The floor is an unbroken expanse of mats. His bed is a futon that folds into a Japanese style closet during the day, along with several trays for food, leaving him all the training room the room can give. Anything that could be used as a garrote was removed at the same time his blades were in a vain attempt to make him "safer". He's never given anything except bamboo chopsticks and spoons to eat with - even a butter knife is seen as too dangerous in his hands, although in all honesty he could probably kill someone with either of those too.
