The Thornwood Key Description

Name: Hayashi

Appearance: Tall and slender, but well muscled. Pale skin, forest green eyes, long wavy brown hair which he usually keeps in a low ponytail. Wears no color but green, and will wear leather, silk, satin, or velvet.

Personality: Outwardly very calm, very serene. He's just as good to just talk to as to get in bed. Hightly intelligent, very compassionate, extremely patient. Though he won't try to get close to an owner, if you mention swordfighting, he's immediately interested and will discuss it for hours. Hayashi wields two katanas and is very good with them, but only shows off his skill if asked. One might say that the only time he looks truly happy is when practicing. Very dangerous when angry, though it takes a lot. Absolutely convinced that no one will ever truly love him.

Background: Hayashi was originally born on a farm in Japan, but his parents were abusive, so he ran away. They did manage to convince him that the only ones who'd ever want him for anything besides his body was them or people like them, however. He ran to Tokyo, where he lived on the streets for a few years, and got assaulted. Hayashi doesn't remember anything past that up until he woke up at the Palace. He's had a few other owners, most of which were just as nasty as his parents.

Room: The room is designed so that there are support pillars carved to look like trees, with branches spread over the ceiling and draping down to the ground, covered in multitudes of silk leaves in several different shades of green. The walls are painted to make the illusion that the 'forest' keeps going, and the rug is thick green velvet, to substitute grass or moss. There are hooks and rings for attaching chain and rope to the trees and walls. Green and gold satin pillows are at the base of each tree. The tree in the center of the room is thickest, it being a cabinet to hold any toys that an owner would want to use.

The bed is large enough for four people, also carved and decorated so that it looks like it's grown out of the wall. The sheets are green silk, and the quilt is of dark green velvet. At the back of the room is the bathroom, which is separated by a curtain of overlapping silk leaves. It's fashioned like hot springs, with a waterfall filling the tub on one end, and the dirty water going out another waterfall on the other. The waterfall on the first end is high enough for a shower. There is also a toilet, painted to look like it's made of wood.
