Welcome to the Forest of Eshva!
Why a forest, you may ask, and the simple answer is - I
like forests. These pages contain my fannish interests, principally Star
Wars: The Phantom Menace and Blakes 7. Most recent additions to these
pages are listed below.10 August 2003
Blimey, I didn't realise it was so long since I did an update. Just a
tiny one - a few new TPM recs added. I've nearly finished the first
draft of a Hornblower story, and it's quite a long story for me (but
then anything over 2000 words is long for me).
2 April 2002
Added a new story "Embodied" on the Fic page. I'm coming to
the conclusion that the only way I can finish a story is if it's very
short. Two longer ones are still in progress - maybe some day they'll be
finished.
9 March 2002
Added some new TPM story recs and the 'Phantom Heresies' link on the
links page now goes to the right place.
4 March 2002
Added a new story "You'll Be Strong Tomorrow" on the Fic page
and another essay thingie on the Rants page "Sweet as a Little
Pie". Also some minor tweaking.
7 January 2002
Added a new story "What the Padawan Wants" on the Fic page.
Currently in progress is TPM Roman AU. It has an actual plot (unlike
most of my fic) so I hate to think how long it will take to
finish.
11 November 2001
I've been away on holiday, hence the long time between updates. If my
holiday snaps have turned out well I may post them somewhere. This
update - broken links on the recs page updated again.
7 August 2001
Added a new essay on the Rants & Recs page, called Symmetry in
"Riding the Wheel of If".
6 August 2001
Just a small update - a new B7 ficlet and I've fixed the broken links in
the Qui-Gon recs page.
11 June 2001
More in the Guest Author section. Two wonderful TPM stories from Alison
Glover - 'Know the Enemy' and 'Homecoming', and an intriguing piece of
Shakespeare slash from Timmerryn, 'Iago in Love'.
Also another bit of 'Earth's Children' silliness (from Timmerryn this
time). These books are just *begging* to be lampooned.
A few additions to the gallery - a couple of new Qui-Gons, and some
new B7.
Finally, a new link - to Timmerryn's Pantheon
comic, which is a divine hoot.
20 May 2001
Guest Author section begun with "Through a Crystal, Darkly" by
Vic Coopers on the Fiction page.
