Belinda, Doom's Eyebrow: a tale of Frodo/Aragorn told through Frodo's amusing and oh so cute internal monologue in a storm of moths; a fun take on Boromir/Pippin is so rare read it in if I were an orc; sometimes Aragorn is reminded of just how strange and moody elves can be, okay, just Legolas in the question. Go to forehead space for Belinda's wit, orginality and hot camp-side encounters.

Cassandra Claire: the very secret diaries from whence came the phrase "pervy hobbit fancier", check her livejournal for two towers diaries.

Bill the Pony: you cannot go wrong with this author, read the following series: the making of Samwise; Frodo Baggins and his faithful servant Samwise Gamgee; the tender Legolas of Mirkwood and his comrade Gimli, son of Gloin; Frodo Baggins and his guide, Aragorn son of Arathorn and my favourite parody The Fellowship of the Gay.

merripestin: I only encountered these stories this week but it totally converted me to Sam/Frodo, Frodo and Sam shyly go through their own unique courting in the last shreds of autumn; Engastrimyth is an inticing horror story wherein Frodo is the Lord of the Rings; Frodo and Sam are watched in gravaman by a very convincingly voiced intruder and who could resist a glimpse at wild creatures, Frodo certainly can't. I would imagine whatever she writes next will be just as interesting and stunning as these stories so far.

AC: the folly of starlight series is the most famous of Elrond/Legolas stories, it is long, lush and satisfying to read, the series has also inspired its own tribute site and theban band illustrations.
|
|
Helmboy: the first Legolas/Elrond series I came across, it is still a favourite, I love the romantic way Legolas came into Elrond's life, the slow blossoming of their relationship, Helmboy's secondary characters, the families of the protagnists and the intricate and complicated relationship she casts Legolas and Elrond in. Start with fortunate son.
